The Company of St. Dominic (CSD) is a Dominican secular institute of consecrated life in the Archdiocese of Manila. It was founded on the inspiration, dream and vision of the late Rev. Fr. Pablo Villaroel Fernandez, O.P. of a Dominican secular institute. The first of its kind in the Philippines, the CSD was granted permission to erect a consecrated secular community in the Archdiocese of Manila by His Eminence Gaudencio B. Rosales, D.D. on August 6, 2009. The CSD is given authentic Dominican spiritual formation by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena. Its main office is at Sta. Catalina Convent in Legarda, Manila. The CSD is a Marian and orthodox secular institute. The members of the CSD are consecrated lay men and women who live out their consecration in the world. Full-pledged members profess the evangelical counsels and total consecration to Mary Immaculate.
